In the run up to the festive period we have a few extra shows added to our calendar. We had a hard choice choosing which shows to do. We (Stu and I) had to choose between doing as many shows as we can in the run up to Christmas or maintaining our family life as it is. We want to sell as much of our lovely jewellery (our little family depends on it) but our little girl Lily is and always will be our main priority and she misses us when we either one of us is away working. So if you are looking for Christmas shopping events in the South West, this is where you can find us.
Bridport Market – Every Saturday except 10th and 25th of November (always weather dependant)
Firstly I will be at Bridport Market, my normal stomping ground on East Street, pretty much most Saturdays right up to 23rd December. Bridport has a fantastic Saturday Market with Vintage and Antique stalls, Farm Food and Small Batch Produces, Art and Crafts people along with the normal Sock, Pants and Watch Repair guys. A very eclectic mix but it work
On Wednesday 6th December Bridport has a Christmas Cheer Event with a night market and fair in the town centre and late night shopping across the town.
Ladies Indulgence Evening at The Castle Hotel, Taunton. Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th November
Fancy a treat just in time for Christmas then the By Invitation Events Ladies Indulgence Evening at The Castle Hotel on November 6th and 7th is for you! Clarkes Village, Street – 9th, 10th and 11th November
The Christmas Light turn on and open ice rink at Clarkes Village, Street. I will be at Clarkes village for 3 days from Thursday 9th November to Saturday 11th November for their Christmas light turn on event and the opening of their famous out door ice rink.
Taunton Independent Market on Sunday 12th November and 9th & 10th December.
I love this market with an amazing food section attracting high quality food producers and street food vendors from across the South West. I always enjoy chatting to the people I meet there (probably whilst eating). Apart from the food, did I mention it’s amazing?, there is a huge selection of Fashion, Jewellery, Crafts and Vintage. The parking is free in Taunton on a Sunday too!

Sherbourne Market on Sunday 19th November and 17th December
Sherbourne Market is a beautiful event and jam packed with really amazing and high quality Arts, Crafts, Gifts and Food. The town itself is certainly worth the visit and I think the atmosphere at these festive markets will be amazing. The market runs from the top of Cheep Street, down to Half Moon Street and along Digby Road into the Pageant Gardens where there’s live music and more food vendors.

Glastonbury Frost Fayre on Saturday 25th November.
I was so delighted to get in to this event. People travel from all over the country to visit it and I can’t wait to take part for the first time this year. It opens with a parade and goes on in to the evening. The atmosphere is going to be amazing and because it’s Glastonbury, probably a bit nuts too. I hope so.
Abbotsbury Farm Christmas Market Sunday 26th November.
Abbotsbury is an historic village nestled between Bridport and Weymouth on the South Coast. It is really developing a reputation for working artists and crafts people along with major attractions such as the superb Tropical Gardens, The Swannery (yes they have a swannery) and the historic Abbey Farm with Tithe Barn, Restaurant and Craft Units. This year’s Christmas Market with be the Tithe Barn and will be very festive indeed.
