Jewellery

1. All jewellery is handmade using sterling silver or 9ct gold and subject to UK hallmarking laws.
2. All gemstones are genuine and not artificially created.
3. All necklaces come on 18″ chains unless otherwise stated. Please email info@clarehawley.com for other length options. 
4. All jewellery will be presented in a box with gift bag.

All prices and postage costs on the website are final and subject to change without notice.

Delivery

Please allow 2 to 3 days to process your order. 

UK delivery is by Royal Mail. We provide 2 options, 1st Class Signed for and Special Delivery.

1st Class Signed for will take 2-3 days to deliver and the service does not insure jewellery. We do not accept any loss during transit using this method and ask customers to select this option at their own risk.

Special Delivery is a next day service once the parcel is posted. The service is fully tracked and insured. Any loss or damage incurred using this service is eligible for a replacement or refund.

Collection – Orders can be collected from the workshop at 2 Box Terrace, Drimpton, Beaminster, DT8 3RE by prior agreement 

Returns

We are proud of the quality of our jewellery and ensure all orders are sent out in excellent condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item unworn within 28 days for an exchange or refund.

The item must be unworn and in the original condition you received it in and returned with the original packaging. Please email info@clarehawley.com to return an item. The jewellery must be returned to us in the original packaging and adequately packed. Please return the item by a tracked method of postage and insured as Clare Hawley Jewellery will not accept any loss of jewellery in transit to us. Once the item is received by us you will be contacted regarding the refund or replacement decision. A refusal of refund or replacement may occur if the jewellery is returned after 28 days or is not in the original condition not due to any error on our part or has been worn.

If the item was damaged in the post please photograph the damaged parcel and send it to info@clarehawley.com. Replacements or refunds will only be eligible if the parcel was sent to you via Special Delivery. A replacement or refund will be arranged in 3 working days.

We will not refund the original postage costs or the costs of you returning the item.

Classes

All classes take place at Rampisham Down.

All classes at to be paid in full on booking and no place will be held without payment.

Classes can be cancelled for a full refund 14 days prior to the class or re-arranged for another date. You may move your class to another date at anytime up to 7 days before the class. Cancellations made within 7 days of the class will not be refunded but will be re-arranged at my discretion.
