Silver hammered heart necklace

Stylish silver heart necklace with a hammered dappled texture that reflects the light. The heart is concaved to give it a modern and contemporary look and comes on an 18″ silver chain. All my jewellery is handmade in my Dorset studio from recycled silver and has full British hallmarks.

Planished and beaten metal is one of the oldest forms of decorating jewellery. I use this technique to make very contemporary and wearable pieces. This collection tries to capture the beauty and complexity of dappled light reflecting on moving water.

In our rural Dorset workshop, we marry traditional craftsmanship with modern sensibilities to create jewellery that is as sustainable as it is stunning. By using recycled silver, we minimize our environmental footprint ensuring that every piece we create leaves a positive legacy for generations to come
