Silver dainty hammered heart stud earrings

Sweet silver heart stud earrings with a hammered dappled texture that reflects the light. The hearts are concaved to give them a modern and contemporary look. All my jewellery is handmade in my Dorset studio from recycled silver.

Planished and beaten metal is one of the oldest forms of decorating jewellery. I use this technique to make very contemporary and wearable pieces. This collection tries to capture the beauty and complexity of dappled light reflecting on moving water.
